Ordering online: 

1. Select Options– Use the form located on this page to select the option you’d like us to use when printing.
2. Choose Quantity– Once you’ve selected all the available options you can adjust quantity as needed to fulfill your budget.
3. Add to Order– When you’re ready click the “Add to Order” button and proceed to checkout.
4. Checkout– Once on the checkout page you can select your  shipping options and submit payment and your order.
5. Await Review– Once submitted all orders are reviewed quickly. If your order included a proof, it will be sent to you within a day or so after being reviewed by a prepress technician. Rush orders will be processed faster.

Ordering Custom Products

If you don’t see an option of what you’re looking for, feel free to request a quote using the quote form. We have often access to many, many products and options that are not available for ordering online due to logistical constraints.  

Artwork on-screen is not, under any circumstances, exactly how it will look once printed. Printing is a complicated process and we expect our clients to have a reasonable degree of tolerance for certain aspects of printing especially color. To add color control please request a quote so that you can be charged accordingly or request a hardcopy proof and allow extra time for your job to be completed.

• If you content has been professionally prepared and you know that the version of art you’re providing is print ready with bleeds and appropriate margin then you are good to go.
• If you aren’t sure if your art is technically sound or if it needs edits made to it’s content, please select the appropriate artwork option and fee.
• If you need artwork made for you please write your design instructions when placing the order to the best of you ability and understand that additional charges may be quoted to you depending on the complexity of your artwork.

Due to ongoing paper shortages, some paper types will be unavailable, or may have to be substituted in accordance with our revised terms and conditions.

• 20lb Bond is a regular copy paper.
• 60lb Opaque Text is  slightly heavier than copy paper equivalent to 24lb Bond.
• 70lb Opaque Text is equal to 28lb Bond. It is commonly used for letterheads and uncoated booklets.
• 80lb Gloss Text is commonly used in booklets, brochures, and flyers.
• 100lb Gloss Text is commonly used in brochures, flyers and booklets. It is the heaviest common paper used that is not a cardstock.
• 80lb Cardstock is a relatively light-weight cardstock that works good as booklet covers, brochures, and flyers. 
• 100lb Cardstock is the most popular commercial cardstock used. It works great for mailers and postcards, brochures, flyers, and booklet covers.
• Opaque Cardstock is uncoated and good for writing. It pairs with 70lb Opaque as a great booklet cover.
• 14pt C1S is a “Coated-One-Side” cardstock that works well for greeting cards and booklet covers.
• 16pt Coated Cardstock is a thick sheet that is mainly reserved for business cards and postcards.
• 12mil Polysheet is a synthetic sheeting that is waterproof and does not tear. Is works great for menus and flyers that need to last. It does not fold well.

Brochure: Folded single sheet that has multiple panels. Usually printed both sides.

Booklet: Multiple sheets bound together in a spine. Normally refers to saddle-stitch (stapled) booklets, but could also refer to perfect (glue) bound binding or spiral binding.

Flyer: Flat, unfolded sheet of any particular size. 

Postcard: Flat, unfolded cardstock that may or may not be mailed.

Mailer: Anything that ends up in the mail. It could be folded or not. Cardstock or not.

Door Hanger: A card specifically for leaving on a door knob and has a die-cut shape for it.
