9×14.5 Legal Size Presentation Folder Printing

    • 14pt c2S Paper
  • Coating Options:
    • Semi Gloss – Coated enough to allow for heavy ink coverage, similar to a matte texture.
    • Added Gloss – A heavy-glossy lacquer is applied to the outside of the sheet to increase sheen.
  • Configuration:
    • Twin 4″ Pockets on the inside of the pocket folder. For Single Pocket options click here.
    • Finished Size is 9×14.5″ (perfect for holding 8.5×14, legal-sized documents. For a regular full-sized, 9×12″ options click here.

Artwork

  • Design it Yourself : You can use the DIY Designer or upload your print-ready artwork by clicking “Start and Upload Design”. A pre-press specialist will review your design or upload and contact you with a proof, verification that it is ready print, or the result of our trouble shooting. Click here to download the artwork template for this product.
  • Uploading Your Own Artwork : Click the “Start and Upload Design” and select “Upload Finished Design”. You can think click too browse your files or click-and-drag your own designs to upload.
  • Proofing: All art is reviewed by our pre-press staff. We will delay your job and give you the opportunity to fix it if we detect a problem.

    I had the hardest time finding a good website to print these with and my local printers were priced waaaay out of my budget. These folders turned out great! The order process was so easy, they sent me all the available updates as they job progressed, then followed up to make sure I got it. My shipment was even double Boxed. I will definetly be using them for more than just folders.

Artwork Information

You may upload your artwork or email us files or links to your art files. The important thing is simply to get your artwork files to us. We do not require you to do it in any particular manner. All artwork is reviewed for accuracy and quality by trained personnel prior to printing. Artwork will be proofed with you if necessary, if we need your input, or if you request a proof.

  • Artwork Preparation guidelines:
    • All Products
      • Bleed: 1/8 (0.125) inches on all edges.
      • Content Margin ("safe zone"): 1/8 (0.125) inches from trim.
      • Filetypes: PDF preferred. Other files may be accepted.
    • Saddle Booklets
      • Filetypes: Multipage PDF preferred. Straight pages, not spreads. Other files may be accepted.
      • NOTE: Saddlestitch booklets do not need bleed on the inside edge. This may interfere with spreads if it is the case.
    • Perfect Bound Booklets
      • Gutter between pages is required.
