Notecards are such a versatile stationary whenever they’re used. Whether you’re trying to say “thank you” or just writing yourself a reminder, one of our custom-printed greeting card can be just whats needed. Our announcement cards are dignified, discreet and personal. They can slip into their matching envelopes, or be tucked away inside a gift. Use them with packaging to leave your clients a handwritten note. We find that our clients will often use this product for personalized announcement cards, index cards (the little 3×5 cards that are so helpful to have on the desk), customized flash cards, and as fold-less greeting cards.

Notecard Printing Key Features

  • Note Card Paper:

    • 12pt Super Smooth Cardstock- we use this cardstock allows for all pen inks to stick and dry quickly, but has a soft, waxy feel that allows for a broad range of colors and better definition than a typical uncoated sheet.
    • 14pt Coated-One-Side (C1S) Cardstock is 14-times as thick as a standard sheet of paper. It’s one of our more unique options in that one side has the default gloss, while the other side is uncoated. This makes it our go-to option when we need a paper that will carry maximum definition on the outside, but we need to be able to write on the inside.

  • Matching Notecard Envelopes:

    Every greeting card has it’s envelope. These envelopes are the corresponding size of the greeting card and meant to fit properly. Artwork Information

You may upload your artwork or email us files or links to your art files. The important thing is simply to get your artwork files to us. We do not require you to do it in any particular manner. All artwork is reviewed for accuracy and quality by trained personnel prior to printing. Artwork will be proofed with you if necessary, if we need your input, or if you request a proof.

  • Artwork Preparation guidelines:
    • All Products
      • Bleed: 1/8 (0.125) inches on all edges.
      • Content Margin ("safe zone"): 1/8 (0.125) inches from trim.
      • Filetypes: PDF preferred. Other files may be accepted.
    • Saddle Booklets
      • Filetypes: Multipage PDF preferred. Straight pages, not spreads. Other files may be accepted.
      • NOTE: Saddlestitch booklets do not need bleed on the inside edge. This may interfere with spreads if it is the case.
    • Perfect Bound Booklets
      • Gutter between pages is required.
