What if I don't see an option I need on the order form?

Yes, please fill out the Quote Request form on this page to request pricing for a feature that isn't listed. While we try to be thorough without being overly complex, it isn't possible to capture every option that may be available in these online forms.

How will my order be shipped?

Most products will ship via either FedEx or UPS. Samples, hardcopy proofs and orders shipped outside the US 48 contiguous states may be shipped via the United States Post Office. For the most part orders are double-boxed to ensure protection during transit.

Can I pick up or "will call" my order?

All orders are shipped or delivered. In the case of local clientele in Phoenix or the surrounding areas we may deliver ourselves but most orders will be fulfilled by UPS or FedEx.

Do you have any wholesale rates?

While we may be able to offer better pricing than what is listed on this website, we don't exclusively offer wholesale or trade rates. If you are a wholesaler or graphic artist who is contemplating ordering, rest assured we respect your intention to distribute our goods and are a safe choice to handle your client's printing. We work with many other print shops and can provide some examples or references if needed.

Can I request that the shipment be "Blind" or "White label", preserving your anonymity?

Yes, we do provide blind shipping. You can add you return address to our label by making the request in your order notes (at checkout) or by communicating with us through email once your order is placed.

How do I place an order?

If you'd like to place an order online you can do so by filling out the options on this page. However you may also make a request on our quote form, or by emailing [email protected]

What happens after I place my order?

When you place your order our team is notified. At the end of every day all orders are processed and reviewed to ensure compatibility with the artwork provide and solve any problems before they arise.

How can I see a proof before ordering?

You must request a proof with your order. The proofs are not automated, and a member of the prepress team must process and review your art to ensure compatibility with your order before making your proof. In the case that your order is large or you're unsure if you'll be getting what you need you can make a request on our quote form, or by emailing [email protected].

Will requesting a hardcopy proof delay my order?

It might. Generally we try to stick with your order's original ETA. However if you want to make changes to your art then it's reasonable to expect the ETA to be pushed back while that is occurring.

Artwork Prep General Guidelines

You may upload your artwork or email us files or links to your art files. The important thing is simply to get your artwork files to us. We do not require you to do it in any particular manner. All artwork is reviewed for accuracy and quality by trained personnel prior to printing. Artwork will be proofed with you if necessary, if we need your input, or if you request a proof.

Artwork Preparation guidelines:
- All Products
  - Bleed: 1/8 (0.125) inches on all edges.
  - Content Margin ("safe zone"): 1/8 (0.125) inches from trim.
  - Filetypes: PDF preferred. Other files may be accepted.
- Saddle Booklets
  - Filetypes: Multipage PDF preferred. Straight pages, not spreads. Other files may be accepted.
  - NOTE: Saddlestitch booklets do not need bleed on the inside edge. This may interfere with spreads if it is the case.
- Perfect Bound Booklets
  - Gutter between pages is required.
