Choose Quantity– Once you’ve selected all the available options you can adjust quantity as needed to fulfill your budget.
Add to Order– When you’re ready click the “Add to Order” button and proceed to checkout.
Checkout– Once on the checkout page you can select your shipping options and submit payment and your order.
Await Review– Once submitted all orders are reviewed quickly. If your order included a proof, it will be sent to you within a day or so after being reviewed by a prepress technician. Rush orders will be processed faster.
Ordering Custom Products
If you don’t see an option of what you’re looking for, feel free to request a quote using the quote form. We have often access to many, many products and options that are not available for ordering online due to logistical constraints.
Artwork on-screen is not, under any circumstances, exactly how it will look once printed. Printing is a complicated process and we expect our clients to have a reasonable degree of tolerance for certain aspects of printing especially color. To add color control please request a quote so that you can be charged accordingly or request a hardcopy proof and allow extra time for your job to be completed.
If you content has been professionally prepared and you know that the version of art you’re providing is print ready with bleeds and appropriate margin then you are good to go.
If you aren’t sure if your art is technically sound or if it needs edits made to it’s content, please select the appropriate artwork option and fee.
If you need artwork made for you please write your design instructions when placing the order to the best of you ability and understand that additional charges may be quoted to you depending on the complexity of your artwork.
Design it Yourself : You can use the DIY Designer or upload your print-ready artwork by clicking “Start and Upload Design”. A pre-press specialist will review your design or upload and contact you with a proof, verification that it is ready print, or the result of our trouble shooting. Uploading Your Own Artwork : Click the “Start and Upload Design” and select “Upload Finished Design”. You can think click too browse your files or click-and-drag your own designs to upload.
Metallic Effects: We will apply an overall, metallic effect to your artwork. This means that everything will have a sparkle to it. If you’d like to have the metallic effect applied only to certain portions of the artwork, then you’ll need to add a design request to the order (the final option on this product page) so that we can manually manipulate the artwork to desired degree.
Proofing: All art is reviewed by our pre-press staff. We will delay your job and give you the opportunity to fix it if we detect a problem.
All pricing includes tax and UPS Ground shipping. Details are available below. Estimated arrival times are in addition to production. Please contact us if you’d like to have your product use a faster shipping method.
You may upload your artwork or email us files or links to your art files. The important thing is simply to get your artwork files to us. We do not require you to do it in any particular manner.
All artwork is reviewed for accuracy and quality by trained personnel prior to printing.
Artwork will be proofed with you if necessary, if we need your input, or if you request a proof.
